Wedding Inspiration – Dutch Masters

This session has got to be one of the most inspiring things I’ve ever been a part of. Inspired by the Dutch Masters Paintings, Sophie Kaye and East Made Co. put together the most stunning series of tablescapes and portrait scenes for us at the Hybrid Collective in Nashville, TN.

Let’s start with the backdrops. These were custom-made, hand-painted backdrops by JRD Art Shop, and were truly the most stunning thing both in person and in photographs. The cakes by Truvaille Bakery were literally works of art in themselves. Not sure how anyone could ever eat something so pretty. East Made did such an incredible job styling these scenes – she thought of absolutely everything (check out those goldfish!). I think these photos look more like paintings than some paintings I’ve seen in real life.

I’m so happy to share these images – I hope the colors and atmosphere inspire you as much as they inspire me.
